Róisín Bán are a celtic folk trio based in Yorkshire. They are Chris Dyson on fiddle, mandolin, mandola, vocalsGordon Tyrrall on flute, guitar, vocalsPaddy Heffron on button accordion & vocalsplaying a variety of traditional songs & tunes from Ireland & Scotland &some Sean Nos (old style Irish) dancing. They have performed at numerous folk festivals in the UK & abroad & booked at numerous UK folk festivals. Gordon is a well established solo folk artiste & was part of the legendary band Dab Hand alongside Tom McConville & Tom Napper. Paddy & Chris are long standing members of Leeds Comhaltas competing in the All Ireland Fleadhs . Chris was a member of the All Britain winning Leeds Ceili band in 2002 & is also fiddler, singer, frontman with the Celtic folk rock band Gaelforce & a former member of Mike Hardings band.
